Rev. Belinda Wisdom

Founder and Executive Director

Rev. Belinda Wisdom is an ordained minister and the Founder and Executive Director of ATIC Foundation. Her lifelong mission has centered on serving underserved communities through education, outreach, and faith-based leadership. Drawing from years of ministry work, international missions, prison outreach, and leadership experience at Duke University, she continues to advocate for compassion, dignity, and opportunity for vulnerable populations around the world.

Dr. Dumas A. Harshaw, Jr.

Board Member (Chair)

Dr. Dumas A. Harshaw, Jr. serves as Board Chair of ATIC Foundation and is recognized for his distinguished career in ministry, theological education, and global missions. With decades of leadership spanning international outreach, higher education, and community advocacy, his work continues to inspire faith-centered service and transformational leadership around the world.

Eric Lewis Williams, Ph.D.

Board Member

Dr. Eric Lewis Williams is an accomplished scholar, theologian, and educator whose career spans academia, ministry, and museum leadership. With teaching appointments at major universities and previous leadership at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture, his work centers on African American theology, religion, and global cultural studies.

Board Member

Jonaura Wisdom is a seasoned civil rights and workplace equity professional with leadership experience across public agencies and educational institutions. Her expertise in Equal Employment Opportunity, ethics, and organizational inclusion supports ATIC Foundation’s commitment to dignity, advocacy, and equitable opportunity for all communities.
